Hello.
Owning those nerves and engaging an audience: From Boardrooms to live TV interviews, from job interviews to speaking on panels, presentation nerves can be debilitating. With some useful tips, science, audience understanding, exercises and rebranding, we can get you to a much more confident place when it comes to public speaking and engaging an audience with both your verbal and body language.
It’s becoming more and more commonplace to be required to present internally to colleagues and staff, from meetings to reporting, and also externally to clients or for job interviews, plus more people are being asked to attend panels or give media interviews. All of these scenarios require public speaking, so it's useful to have some techniques and strategies honed over many years, used by professional sports people, business people and public personalities. It’s possible to get you from presentation dread to delivering an engaging talk and even enjoy the experience!

Chatty Penguin's story began in 2018, after taking a step back from climbing the corporate ladder, when I was fortunate enough (and brave enough) to set up on my own and pursue more passion projects and do the things I enjoy.
Adding value, working with people who have the same shared values, inspiring others' confidence, and giving back, are all things which fuel me. Armed with a passion for helping businesses and individuals succeed, I saw a need for a human, approachable, personalised, results-driven consulting, coaching and mentoring service.
